Promote and support proper HHW

facilities (two each in Years 1 and 2). Provide funding to advertise the events
in local print media and on website and promotional information on the benefit

5. On-Site Sewer System Inspection at
Resale
Continue to implement ReSale program
for on-site septic systems. This program requires that septic systems serving
property that is sold or transferred to a new owner be inspected and repaired,
and that the new owner obtain a permit to operate the on-site septic system.
This program applies in Unincorporated and in Cities that have adopted
